Who am I?

Hello! My name's Ryan and I'm a professional Drummer and Software Engineer based in Nashville TN. Alongside my work as a musician, I develop websites, build EPKs, and offer other digital services to assist creatives in sharing their work and securing more work. I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2024 with a B.S. in Computer Science. A summary of my professional work and education can be found in the 'resume' section.

Below I have included a summary of typical services that I provide, although I am well-versed in other technologies and may be able to help you with tech problems outside of the scope below as well.

How does it work?

Here's how our workflow for getting your perfect solution will usually go:

1. We will communicate via email/phone calls/video meetings to determine what you need from your website.
2. We will ensure that you have a domain and hosting ready to go or plans to acquire them. I can help you with this.
3. I will design a demo for you that demonstrates the flow and position of content on the website.
4. We'll both review that demo and ensure that it meets your standards.
5. Upon approval of the demo, I will begin developing your website, setting up any necessary accounts, and testing all requested features.
6. When the website development is finished, I will demo it for you.
7. Once the website is ready for the public, I will deploy your website.
8. Maintenance of the website, domain, and hosting will be determined in our email/phone discussions.

Why do I need a custom website if I can use Squarespace, Wix, etc?

While you could pay a website builder service and put the site together yourself with drag & drop blocks, working with me ensures that your website is more unique and fits your vision perfectly.

With me as your developer, you will have a direct line of contact for revisions and to have your creative ideas heard/Implemented. We are able to communicate directly and create something that truly represents you rather than using the same templates everyone else does.

Also, having the website built through me is a one-time cost, not a subscription. Every website requires domain registration and hosting, which will be an additional monthly/annual cost, and I can set that up for you.

1 Page EPK-Style Website

Turnaround: ~1 week

Includes:

• Dedicated place to display photos, videos, music links
• Contact form that integrates with your email service to send you emails directly from your website
• Mobile-friendly design
• Show calendar
• Bandsintown account setup and integration with website
• Download link for an existing EPK (or I can make one for you)

3-5+ Page Website

Turnaround: ~3 weeks

Includes:

• All of the features available with the 1 page website
• Usually 3-5 pages or more
• Multiple tabs of information, allowing for more elaborate and distinct information about your work
• More granularity, interactivity, and creative features.

EPK

Turnaround: ~1 week

Includes:

• EPK professionally designed and delivered as a PDF
• Displays a bio, press quotes, photos, music links, video links, etc.
• Various font styles & design choices available (we will make sure it fits the theme/vibe of your work)

Extra services I can provide

• Email list setup and marketing email(s) creation
• Social media management/content creation
• Maintain your domain/hosting for you

Website Updates/Reworks

Turnaround: varies

• Already have a website, but it needs updating? Or just not happy with it at the moment? I can improve it or completely remake it for you!
